6-2 Service
6-2-1 BALL DETECTING SENSOR Cleaning
If an error (error code 011 or 012) frequently occurs, clean the BALL DETECTING SENSOR by following the
procedures below.
To avoid electric shock, accident or injury to yourself or others as well as damage to the electronic
circuitry, be sure to turn off the power switch before starting this task.
Do not use thinner, benzene, gasoline, alcohol or other organic solvents. This may
degrade the materials.
Turn the machine’s power OFF.
Remove the MAINT DOOR C on Station 2 (blue).
Loosen four pan head screws with washers (M4 x 6) to remove the GUARD F.
Blow off the dust and dirt on the BALL DETECTING SENSOR using a blower or air duster.
