Disassembling/Replacement Procedure
- Must be performed by a technician -
7-3-17 BALL FULL LOAD SENSOR
Spiral assembly
Pan head screw
(w/washers) (M3 x 12)
Two pan head screws (w/washers) (M4 x 6)
(The other screw is located on the
opposite side of the SENSOR BASE A.)

SENSOR BASE A
Open the acrylic door.
Remove the balls in the REL RAIL to which the BALL FULL LOAD SENSOR to be replaced is
attached.
Unscrew the two pan head screws with washers (M4 x 6) and disconnect the harness connectors
to remove the SENSOR BASE A.
Unscrew the pan head screw with washers (M3 x 12) to replace the BALL FULL LOAD SENSOR.
