If the flame in your Napoleon Indoor Fireplace is impinging on the burner media or combustion chamber, ensure the burner media is correctly positioned. You can also try opening the air shutter to increase the primary air. Check the input rate by checking the manifold pressure and orifice size as specified by the rating plate values. Also, ensure that the door gasketing is not broken or missing and that the seal is tight. Check that both vent liners are free of holes and well sealed at all joints and that minimum rise per foot has been adhered to for any horizontal venting. Finally, clean the glass with a recommended gas fireplace glass cleaner.

If the main burner of your Napoleon Indoor Fireplace goes out but the pilot stays on, try turning up the pilot flame. It's possible the pilot flame isn't large enough or isn't engulfing the thermopile. If that doesn't work, the pilot assembly may need to be replaced.
