Why is there low heat on my Napoleon LEX 605 Grill when the valve is on high?

Low heat or flame on your Napoleon Grill, when the valve is turned to high, can be due to several reasons. If you are using propane, it might be due to an improper lighting procedure. For natural gas, it could be an undersized supply line. For both gas types, improper preheating could be the cause. To resolve this, ensure the lighting procedure is followed carefully, with all gas grill valves in the off position when the tank valve is turned on, and turn the tank on slowly to allow pressure to equalize. Preheat the grill with both main burners on high for 10 to 15 minutes. For a natural gas grill, make sure the pipe is sized according to the installation code.
