If the pilot light on your Napoleon grill won't light, here are a few things to check: * Gas Supply: After turning the pilot knob to high, wait about 20-30 seconds while pressing the igniter to allow air to purge from the gas line. If using propane, make sure the cylinder is full. During initial setup or after refilling the tank, light one of the tube burners first to help gas reach the manifold valves more quickly. * Pilot Orifice: Clean the pilot orifice to remove any obstructions. * Electrode Wire: Ensure the electrode wire is securely connected or replace it if necessary. * Pilot Electrode: Clean the pilot electrode. * Pilot Flame Visibility: The pilot flame, especially on natural gas units, can be hard to see.
