Why can't I remotely control my Navien boiler with NaviLink via LAN?

If you're unable to remotely control and monitor your Navien boilers or water heaters when the NaviLink is connected via LAN cable: 1. If you are using a dynamic IP address, power cycle both the router and the NaviLink by turning them off and then on again after a five-minute interval. 2. Make sure that the cable connected to the LAN port of the NaviLink is indeed a LAN cable. 3. Reset the WLAN settings by pressing the SET/Reset button on the NaviLink for 5 seconds. 4. If you are using a static IP address, switch to a dynamic IP address, as the NaviLink doesn't support static IP connections.
