Email / Browser
Email
By setting an email account, you can send and receive
emails in the same way as your PC. For more details on
setting the account, see P.20.
From the application list screen, tap "Email".
The "Inbox" screen appears. Any received email is
displayed in the "Inbox".
■ Switching an email account
Tap the account in the title bar ` select an account to
display.
Tap "Combined view" to display received email for all
accounts.
Displaying email
From the "Inbox" screen, tap an email.
■ Replying to email
Ta p ` enter a message ` .
■ Forwarding email
Ta p ` "Reply" ` "Forward" ` enter the forwarding
email address in "To" ` .
Also, you can tap ` "Forward" ` enter the forwarding
email address in "To" ` .
■ Deleting email
Ta p .
To delete all received emails, from the "Inbox" screen, tap
` "Select All" ` .
Also, you can tap to delete checked box messages
from the "Inbox" screen.
■ Moving email
Select an item to move to ` tap .
To move all received emails, from the "Inbox" s creen, tap
` "Select All" ` .
Also you can tap to move checked box messages
from the "Inbox" screen.
■ Searching email
From the "Inbox" screen, tap ` enter a keyword ` .
■ Opening mailboxes
From the "Inbox" screen, tap ` "Show all folders".
■ Refreshing the "Inbox"
From the "Inbox" screen, tap .
■ Marking email as favorites
Select an email in the list view and tap .
To mark all received emails as favorites, tap from
the "Inbox" screen ` "Select all" ` .
Also you can tap to mark checked box messages as
favorites in the "Inbox" screen.
Creating and sending email
1 From the "Inbox" screen, tap .
2 Enter each item.
3 Tap .
Before step 3, you can also set a following item for
the sending message by tapping .
• "Set priority"
• "Attach file"
•"Add Cc/Bcc"
• "Add reply-to"
• "Save draft"
•"Discard"
• "Settings"
Changing email settings
1 From the "Inbox" screen, tap ` "Settings" `
"General".
Tap an account instead of "General" to change an
account setting.
2 Select a following item to set.
•"Auto-advance"
•"Message text size"
• "Reply all"
•"Ask to show pictu res "
• "Save attachments to"
• "Switch Memory"
