The SIM card is not recognized.
•Is the SIM card inserted in the right
direction?

The clock shows the wrong time.
If power is kept on for a prolonged time, the
clock may show the wrong time. Tap to
check "Automatic date & time" in "Date &
time" from "System settings", and restart the
product in a location with good reception.
The ringtone does not sound.
•Is this product in "Silent" mode or "Meeting"
mode?

•Is the ringtone volume set to its minimum?
Set the volume on "Ringtones and profiles"
from "System settings".
If you cover the proximity sensor with your
hand, the ringtone volume may be lower.

even when it indicates otherwise. Move to
another place and call again.
Depending on how congested the radio
waves are, it may be difficult to establish a
connection in crowded places due to a
congestion of calls and emails.

Even when a caller notifies the caller ID, it is
not displayed on the product unless notified
from the network or network operator used.
And, a notified caller ID may be different
from that of the caller by some networks or
networks operators you use.
Data transfer is not working.
•Are you using a USB hub? If you use a USB
hub, data transfer may not work properly.
