2.9 Announcement (Delay/Night/Holiday) Data Assignment
Maximum 58 kinds of announcements, such as delay announcements, Night announcements and Holiday an-
nouncements, can be programmed in a system. You should record each message by yourself.
The announcement service is applicable to ACD incoming calls from outside, or transferred from an Attendant,
Agent or Non-ACD station. Note that the announcement service is not applicable to ACD incoming calls from
the station that places a station/trunk call on hold.
