Insert upper shell:

The elastomer is inserted and aligned (see above).
1. Fit hook-shaped rear fillet of the upper shell (3001) in
counterpart of the lower shell (3002).
2. Close upper shell (3001) until there is the first
resistance from the elastomer (3000).
Upper shell is inserted.
