Wet cleaning using lint-free wipes
Dry cleaning using FOCD-SFM-125
Remove LC connectors at the rear of the Opticalcon
chassis and follow the instructions A.1.3 to A.1.9
This cleaning device is especially suggested for
female - male drums as it avoids to open the drum
for cleaning the chassis connector.
Insert the stick of the cleaning device
Make sure that the insertion position is on the
bottom of the LC connector hole in order to hit
the sealing shutter release bar.
Push the cleaning button when completely
inserted
Remove the cleaning device
