INTRODUCTION

STIMULATION

Small electrical pulses delivered by the SCS system to the spinal cord for pain therapy.

YOUR SENZA SYSTEM

Implantable Pulse Generator (IPG)

Small, battery-powered electronic device implanted inside the body.

INDICATIONS

WARNINGS

Operation of Vehicles (e.g., driving) or Machinery

Do not operate vehicles or machinery with paresthesia-causing stimulation active.

Electromagnetic Interference (EMI)

Invisible signals from equipment can affect the implanted Senza system.

WARNINGS ABOUT OTHER MEDICAL TREATMENTS

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI scans)

Senza system is MR Conditional; follow specific guidelines for MRI safety.

PRECAUTIONS

Pregnancy and Nursing

This device is not to be used in pregnant or nursing women.

IMPLANTATION SURGERY

Trial Phase Overview

Test the Senza system for several days to evaluate its effectiveness for pain control.
