5.9.2.2 REMOVING THE RFI FILTER
ON DRIVE AD1A030-166F
The AD1A030-036-045-053-066-86-108-125-150-166F are equipped as
standard with a RFI filter.
IT network (floating): If the drive is equipped with an EMC filter,
disconnect the ground connections of the filter as shown in the following
figures, before connecting the drive to the power supply.
If a drive with related RFI filter is installed on an IT network insulated from
ground or network connected to ground with a high resistance (>30.X),
the network will be connected to ground potential through the drive EMC
filter capacitors. This may cause danger or damage the unit.
5.9.2.2 REMOVING THE RFI FILTER ON DRIVE AD1A030-166F
AD1A030-036F: unscrew and remove the screws A1-A2, the
insulation and the support turrets (S1-S2). Unscrew and remove
the six screws on the board and remove the turrets (S1a-S1b)
under the board. Replace the turret S1a with a screw.
Reinstall the supports S1 and S2 on the board with two nuts then
carefully screw the six screws on the board.
At the end reinstall the insulation protection.
AD1A088-108-125-150-166F: To disconnect the RFI filter, unscrew and remove the screws A1A3, remove the bar B,
unscrew screws A4-A5, push down and remove the bar B1 and screw A4-A5.
AD1A066F
To disconnect the
RFI filter, unscrew
and remove the
screws A1-A4, remove
the bars B1 and B2.
AD1A030-036F: To disconnect the RFI filter, unscrew
and remove the screws A1-A2 and remove the bars
underneath.
