1) Eyepiece Pointer
The eyepiece pointer (optional) serves as a reference
for pointing out the specimen to be observed. Attach
the pointer to one of the eyepieces. Rotate and
remove the viewfield ring from the eyepiece end.
Attach the eyepiece pointer to the eyepiece and then
put back the viewfield ring.
2) Filter Receptacle and Filters
Two φ45-mm filters can be placed on the upper
surface of the field lens. (If the thickness is more than
2.5 mm, only one filter is allowed.)
