AVOIDING
"RED
EYE'-'

"Red eye" is a common phenomenon in flash photog-
raphy where the center portions of a subject's eyes
appear as bright red orbs
in
color photographs, or
whi
te
in black-and-white pictures.
To
avoid "red eye;' take any or all of the followi
ng
pre-
cautions:
Ask the subject not to look directly into the lens when
the picture is taken.
Using a sync cord or TTL Remote Cord
