move batteries to avoid damage
due to battery leakage. If leakage
occurs, take the S8-22 to your
nearest Nikon authorized service
facility.
• When the S8-
22
is not used, per-
form the following once a month:
1.
Install batteries, turn
on
the
S8-22 and fire flash a few
times.
2.
Wait until the ready-light comes
on
.
3.
Turn
off the S8-22, and remove
the batteries.
