TROUBLESHOOTING
If the possible causes listed below are not the source of trouble, it is a symptom of something more serious. Contact your Nilf sk Service Center
immediately for service.
TRIPPING THE CIRCUIT BREAKERS
The circuit breakers are located on the Circuit Breaker Panel in the operator’s compartment; they protect electrical circuits and motors from
damage due to overload conditions. If a circuit breaker trips, try to determine the cause.
VACC1 Circuit Breaker (CB1 / 20 Amp) Possible cause may be: see 1 below
VACC2 Circuit Breaker (CB2 / 25 Amp) Possible cause may be: see 1 below
VACC3 Circuit Breaker (CB3 / 25 Amp) Possible cause may be: see 1 below
KEY Ignition Circuit Breaker (CB4 / 5 Amp) Possible cause may be: see 1 below
Dust Control Circuit Breaker (CB5 / 10 Amp) Possible cause may be: see 1 below
VACC6 Circuit Breaker (CB 6 / 15 Amp) Possible cause may be: see 1 below
Side Broom Circuit Breaker (CB 7 / 25 Amp) Possible cause may be: see 1 below
Engine Circuit Breaker (CB 9 / 15 Amp) Possible cause may be: see 1 below
Steer by Wire Circuit Breaker (CB 10 / 25 Amp) Possible cause may be: see 1 below
Glow Plug (Diesel only) Circuit Breaker (CB 11 / 40 Amp) Possible cause may be: see 1 below
ACC (optional) Circuit Breaker (CB 12 / 15 Amp) Possible cause may be: see 1 below
1 Electrical short circuit (have your Nilf sk Service Center or qualif ed electrician check the machine)
Hydraulic Circuit Breaker (CB 8 / 25 Amp) Possible cause may be: see 1 and 2 below
1 Electrical short circuit (have your Nilf sk Service Center or qualif ed electrician check the machine)
2 Hopper overloaded (check hopper)
Once the problem has been corrected, push the button in to reset the circuit breaker. If the button does not stay in, wait 5 minutes and try again. If
the circuit breaker trips repeatedly, call your Nilf sk Service Center for service.
