Check/Clean/Rotate the Brushes/Pads X
Check/Clean the Squeegee X
Empty/Clean Debris Catch Tray in Recovery Tank X
Check/Clean the vacuum motor foam lter(s) X
Clean Hopper on Cylindrical System X
Clean the surface of the Magnetic SmartKey Reader (22) X
Check Each Battery Cell(s) Water Level (wet lead-acid batteries) X
Inspect Scrub Deck Blades X
Inspect and clean Solution Filter X
Clean Solution Trough on Cylindrical System X
Purge Detergent System (EcoFlex only) X
* Clean Solution Tank X
Lubrication – see “Lubricating the Machine” X
** Check Carbon Brushes X
* Cleaning the solution tank is only needed if you use a mixture of water and cleaning detergent within the tank.
** Have Nilsk check the carbon brushes for; vacuum motor(s) after 1200 recovery hours (replace motor(s) after 2000 recovery hours), scrub motors
(disc & cylindrical) after 1200 scrub hours.
