Deleting a Name & Phone Number from Phone
Book
1 Press (Menu) to access the menu facility.
2 With PHONE BOOK displayed, press
(Options).
3 Scroll with or to Erase and then press
(OK).
4 Key in the first letter(s) of the name to delete.
• You can skip this step if you like.
5 Press (Search) and scroll with or to the desired name &
phone number.
6 Press (Erase).
7 Press (OK) at the ERASE? prompt, if you are
sure that you want to delete the name & phone
number.
• If you decide to keep the name and number,
press to exit the menu facility.
Amount of Free Space in Phone Book
To check how many phone numbers & names can be stored (free) and
are currently stored (in use) in Phone Book:
1 Press (Menu) to access the menu facility.
2 With PHONE BOOK displayed, press (Op-
tions).
3 Scroll with or to Status and press
(OK).
