1 Press (Menu), scroll with or to PHONE SETTINGS, press
(Select), then scroll with or to OWN NUMBER SENDING
and press (Change).
2 Scroll with or to one of the following options and press (OK)
to select the option:
• Preset: Resets the phone to the default setting (On or Off) that
you have agreed upon with your service provider.
• On: The number will be shown.
• Off: The number will not be shown.
Note: Some networks do not allow this function to be turned off.

Lights (Menu 4 8)
The keypad and display of your phone are fitted with back lighting to
make them easy to read. This menu function allows you to set the phone’s
lights on or off.
When your phone is used as a handportable phone or is connected to
a charger:
• On: Lights remain on for 15 seconds after the last keystroke or an
incoming call alert
• Off: Lights remain permanently off.
When the phone is connected to a handsfree car kit:
• On: Lights remain permanently on.
• Off: Lights turn off after 15 seconds.
1 Press (Menu), scroll or to PHONE SETTINGS, press
(Select), then scroll with or to LIGHTS and press
(Change).
2 Scroll with or to On or Off and press (OK).
Tip: The lights can temporarily be switched on by quickly pressing
even when set to Off.
