Qualified
Personnel
"Qualified
personnel"
is defined here
as individuals who thoroughly
understand
the equipment
and
its
safe operation, maintenance,
and
repair.
Qualified
personnel
are
physically
capable of
performing
the
required
tasks, familiar with
all relevant safety rules
and regulations, and
have
been trained
to safely install, operate, maintain,
and/or repair the
equipment.
lt is the responsibility
of the company
operating the
equipment
to see
that its
personnel
meet
these requirements.
The
unit is
designed and intended
to be used only for
the
purpose
described in
lhe Description
section.
Uses
not in
accordance
with
that
section
or as described in
this document are considered
unintended uses
and not in
accordance with
governing
regulations.
WARNING:
Use of this equipment in ways
other than
described
in this document
may result in
personal
injury death,
or
equipment
damage.
The following
actions of the
owner or operator of the unit
are some, but
not all, examples
of unintended
use which would
permit

to claim
it is
not responsible
for
personal
injury
or
property

arising
from
such
unintended
