Why does my Nortel IP Phone say 'Busy, try again'?

If your Nortel IP Phone displays 'Busy, try again', it could be due to several reasons. First, the remote IP Phone you are trying to reach might currently be in use. In this case, please wait until the phone is idle and then try your call again. Alternatively, if your ACD is logged on, log off the ACD IP Phone before initiating Virtual Office from another IP Phone. Finally, ensure that 'Make Set Busy' is active on the ACD IP Phone; if it's not, configure it to be active.
