What to do if my Nortel 1220 says 'Busy, try again'?

If your Nortel IP Phone displays 'Busy, try again', it could be because the remote IP Phone you are trying to reach is currently active. Please wait until the remote IP Phone is idle before attempting to connect again. Alternatively, if the ACD is logged on, log off the ACD IP Phone before initiating Virtual Office from another IP Phone. It may also be caused by inactive Make Set Busy on ACD IP Phone, configure Make Set Busy active on ACD IP Phone.
