  If you're getting picture but no sound on your Nova DVR, first, ensure the audio cable is securely connected. Next, check if the system is in MUTE mode and, if so, press the MUTE key on the RCU to restore the volume. Also, verify that the volume isn't set to minimum and increase it to a suitable level. Finally, go to the Audio Setting menu and select the proper audio mode and language.
