Energy per Pulse (EPP)
The EPP parameter has a range of 10

with units of KWhr / kVARhr.
The default value of EPP is 10 KWhr / kVARhr primary engineering units.
The time between rising edges defines the length of the energy pulse as shown
below.
Shorter pulses indicate a faster rate of consumption as shown in the stepped
power square wave.
