Manual Cleaning using the Cleaning Tools
Use the Cleaning Tools according to the following system figure.

_ Pre-cleaning
Remove contaminants on the surface with a cloth or soft bristle brush under running tap water.
For products with moving parts, perform cleaning while moving all parts (see “2 Moving Parts of Each Product”).
≤ 38°C, ≥ 3.5 L/min, ≥ 30 sec.
Water quality: Drinking water
For Slim Attachment Hub, perform this step with the Slim Tube removed.
_ Cleaning

Turn the Twist Collet to the closed position (if applicable).

Mount the Cleaning Adaptor.
Pull the Cleaning Adaptor to make sure that it is securely
connected.

Screw the disposable luer-lock syringe (hereafter referred to as
syringe) into each Cleaning Adaptor of the Attachment.

Prepare cleaning solution in the cleaning tank under the
following conditions (prepare the cleaning solution according to
the instructions of the detergent manufacturer).

Distilled water
Deionized water
Demineralized
water
Neutral enzymatic
detergent for medical
purposes (pH 7.0 - 8.0)
* Detergent used for validation:
neodisher MediZym (DR. WEIGERT)
