Verify the Irrigation Tube is connected to both the Irrigation pack and the Handpiece. 3. Confirm the Irrigation Tube is properly mounted to the pump. 4. Make sure the Pump Cover is closed. 5. Check if the Irrigation Tube is broken or leaking; if so, replace it.

  If there is an irrigation leak in the NSK Medical Equipment, check the connection between the Irrigation pack and Irrigation Tube, ensuring the Irrigation Tube Needle is fully inserted into the Irrigation pack. Also, inspect the connection between the Handpiece and Irrigation Tube, making sure the end of the Irrigation Tube is completely inserted into the Handpiece water pipe. If the leak persists, replace the Irrigation Tube.

  If the NSK Medical Equipment control unit turns ON, the Ultrasonic Output is displayed, and a beep sound is heard, it is because the Foot Control is being operated. To prevent accidents, the Handpiece will not work if the Main Power is turned ON while the Foot Control is being operated. Activate the Foot Control again.

  If the LCD display on your NSK Medical Equipment does not properly display, and part of the display is missing, it could be due to overheating. Turn the Main Power OFF to cool down the unit. Also, refer to the Error Code table if an Error Code is displayed. If the problem persists, it may indicate a failure of the LCD display or driving circuit. Turn the Main Power OFF and then ON. If part of initial display is still missing contact your Authorized NSK Dealer.

  If the NSK Medical Equipment handpiece LED does not illuminate, it may be due to the LED being burned out, a failure inside the Control Unit or Handpiece Cord, or a failure or disconnection of the circuit. For any of these issues, service is required by an Authorized NSK Dealer.
