Also, inspect the vacuum hose for clogs or blockages and ensure all hose connections are tight. The debris basket filter and separator filter should also be checked for blockages and cleaned. A poor separator seal can also cause this issue, so ensure it is clean and properly fitted. Low battery charge can also cause poor water pick-up, so recharge the batteries.
