15.10 Operator error
Error code 20 20 *
A touch roller limit switch has been pressed exclusively for more
than 5 s.
Cause:
- Vehicle stands in roller set only on one side
- The opposite touch roller limit switch is defective
Error code 20 25
The set-up key EINRICHTEN >0< was pressed during activation
of the test stand.
15.11 Error brake force sensor
Error code 25 00 *
No signal brake force sensor left-hand side.
Cause:
- Roller set has been activated in the configuration menu, but
does not exist physically.
- Brake force sensor left-hand side defective
- Sensor line defective
Error code 25 01 *
When switching on, no cal-check-function of the brake force
sensor on the left-hand side.
Cause:
- Roller set has been activated in the configuration menu, but
does not exist physically.
- Sensor line defective.
- Cal-check-line interrupted (wire breakage)
Error code 25 02 *
Brake force sensor left-hand side has not been calibrated.
Error code 25 05 *
When switching on, zero point brake force sensor left-hand side
from EEPROM compares to current brake force. If the difference
is too high, the error is displayed.
Cause:
- Roller set has been activated in the configuration menu, but
does not exist physically.
- Brake force sensor left-hand side has not been calibrated.
- Brake force sensor left-hand side is loaded when switching
on.
Error code 25 10 *
No signal brake force sensor right-hand side.
Cause:
- Roller set has been activated in the configuration menu, but
does not exist physically.
- Brake force sensor right-hand side defective
- Sensor line defective
Error code 25 11 *
When switching on, no cal-check-function of the brake force
sensor on the right-hand side.
Cause:
- Roller set has been activated in the configuration menu, but
does not exist physically.
- Sensor line defective.
- Cal-check-line interrupted (wire breakage)
Error code 25 12 *
Brake force sensor right-hand side has not been calibrated.
Error code 25 15 *
When switching on, zero point brake force sensor right-hand side
from EEPROM compares to current brake force. If the difference
is too high, the error is displayed.
Cause:
- Roller set has been activated in the configuration menu, but
does not exist physically.
- Brake force sensor right-hand side has not been calibrated.
- Brake force sensor right-hand side is loaded when switching
on.
