CAUTION: Disconnect power before opening indicator.
ASSEMBLY
The Indicator housing has liquid-tight cable
connectors for load cell, communication (I/O),
and AC power, as shown.
To open the housing, remove two screws on
either side, and gently fold the front panel away
from the rear panel.
Pass the load cell cable through the liquid-tight
connector and the large ferrite bead attached to
a plastic clip. Remove the screws holding the
switch cover plate. Connect the load cell cable
and wires as indicated on the diagram below.
Adjust Jumpers to match the load cell:
For a 2 mv/v load cell: short W1.
For a 3 mv/v load cell: open W1.
For a 4-wire load cell with no sense wires:
short both W2 and W3. For a 6-wire load cell
with sense wires, open W2 and W3.
For a load cell with an extra ground shield
wire, connect the shield wire to “GND” on J2.
Mount the Indicator on its Wall/Table Bracket
Mount to a vertical or horizontal solid surface.
(Hardware not supplied.) Adjust angle, then tighten knobs.
Safety precautions:
• Be sure local power supply matches input
voltage printed on Indicator label.
• Be sure the power cord does not pose an
obstacle or tripping hazard.
• Disconnect the product when cleaning.
• Do not operate this product in hazardous or
unstable environments.
• Use only approved accessories and
peripherals.
• Operate the product only under ambient
conditions specified in the Instruction
Manual.
• Service should be performed by
authorized personnel only.
