What to do if Oki C3300 paper jam occurs?

  If your Oki Printer is experiencing a paper jam, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue. First, if the sheet is partially out of the printer, gently pull it out. Then, open the printer's top cover using the cover release. Remove the four image drums to access the paper path. Check the belt unit for any visible sheets of paper and carefully remove them. If a sheet is entering the fuser, separate it from the belt, push the fuser pressure release lever to release the fuser's grip. Replace the image drums, starting with the cyan one. Check the rear stacker and inside the cover for any paper. Ensure the paper in the Cassette Tray is stacked properly and the paper guides are correctly positioned. Finally, close the top cover firmly on both sides.
