Limited Warranty,
US and Canada Only
U.S. and Canada only
Oki Data Americas, Inc. (Oki Data) warrants this printer to be
free from defect in material and workmanship and will remedy
any such defect according to the terms of this Limited
Warranty. This Limited Warranty extends to the original
purchaser only. This Limited Warranty does not extend to
consumable items, including but not limited to ribbons, fuses,
etc.
Oki Data will repair (or at its option, replace) at no charge, any
defective component(s) of the printer for a period of two (2)
years from date of purchase.
To make request or claim for service under this Limited
Warranty, contact your Oki Data Authorized service center or

A written receipt for the product, showing the date of purchase,
dealer’s name, and serial number of the printer, must
accompany any request or claim for work to be performed
under this Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty shall not apply if the product has been
damaged due to abuse, misuse, misapplication, accident, or as
a result of service or modification by any other than an
authorized Oki Data service center.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN
THOSE ON THE FACE HEREOF AND DESCRIBED ABOVE.
NO WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL EXTEND
BEYOND THE RESPECTIVE WARRANTY PERIOD
DESCRIBED ABOVE.
Some states do not allow limitations on
how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may
not apply to you.
OKI DATA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE
FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES OR LOSS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS
PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
exclusion may not apply to you.
Except for the warranty coverage referenced above,
NEITHER
OKI DATA NOR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL HAVE ANY
LIABILITY OR OBLIGATION TO CUSTOMER OR ANY
OTHER PERSON FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, OR
EXPENSE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY
OR INDIRECTLY, BY THE INADEQUACY OF ANY
PRODUCTS FOR ANY PURPOSE, BY ANY DEFICIENCY
OR DEFECT IN ANY PRODUCTS (WHETHER OR NOT
COVERED BY ANY WARRANTY), BY THE USE OR
PERFORMANCE OF ANY PRODUCTS OR BY ANY
FAILURE OR DELAY IN OKI DATA'S PERFORMANCE
HEREUNDER, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGE, HOWEVER CAUSED INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY OR LOSS OF
BUSINESS OR PROFIT, WHETHER OR NOT CUSTOMER
SHALL HAVE INFORMED OKI DATA OF THE
POSSIBILITY OR LIKELIHOOD OF ANY SUCH
DAMAGES.
Customer's exclusive remedy under these warranties is limited,
at OKI Data's election, to any one of (a) refund of customer's
purchase price, (b) repair by Oki Data or the manufacturer of
any products found to be defective, or (c) replacement of any
such product. Except as specifically set forth in this paragraph,
THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES
OF ANY KIND BY OKI DATA OR ANY AGENT OR
EMPLOYEE THEREOF, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO
THE CONDITION OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY
PRODUCTS, THEIR MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE.

This Limited Warranty applies to this Oki Data printer. However,
the procedure for obtaining service may vary outside the
continental United States. Contact your Oki Data dealer for
such warranty service information.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state.
