Deleting a contact
You can delete a contact from the phone book as follows:
1. Navigate to Menu
Phonebook.
2. Select the required contact.
3. Select Options Delete and confirm the prompt. The contact is
deleted.
Deleting all contacts
Proceed as follows to delete all the contacts stored on the SIM
card and/or the mobile phone:
1. Navigate to Menu
Phonebook Phonebooksettings
Deleteallcontacts and select the storage location FromSIM1/
FromPhone on which the contacts to be deleted are stored.
2. Confirm the prompt. All the contacts selected are deleted.
Viewing a contact
You can display all the details regarding a contact.
1. Navigate to Menu Phonebook.
2. Select the required contact.
3. Select Options View. The name and number of the contact are
displayed.
Editing a contact
You can edit a contact stored in the phone book.
1. Navigate to Menu Phonebook.
2. Select the required contact.
3. Select Options Edit.
4. Edit the contact details.
5. Select Options Save and confirm the prompt. The setting is
saved.
Copying a contact
You can copy contacts stored in the phone book.
1. Navigate to Menu Phonebook.
2. Select the required contact.
3. Select Options Copy.
4. Select whether the contact is to be copied from the SIM card
to the mobile phone (ToPhone) or from the mobile phone to
the SIM card (ToSIM1).
The advantage of storage on the mobile phone is that it has a larg
er capacity than that of the SIM card. However, if you insert the
SIM card in a different mobile phone, the contacts stored on the
