      Your Olympus Digital Camera might not be working because it is switched off. To resolve this, set the Mode dial to any setting other than "OFF" to switch the camera on. Alternatively, the batteries may be loaded incorrectly; reload them correctly. Cold temperatures can also reduce battery performance, so warm the batteries in your pocket before loading them. The sleep mode function may have shut the camera down; use the shutter button or the zoom lever to wake it. Also, the camera will not operate while connected to a personal computer. Finally, ensure the lens cap is removed, then switch the camera off and on again.
