Basic shooting functions
To use the digital zoom, set [DIGITAL ZOOM] to [ON].

1 Select [ON], and press Z.
2 Press T on the zoom button.

Note
• The picture may appear grainy when taken inside the digital zoom range.
• [DIGITAL ZOOM] is not available when the monitor is turned off.

The white area of the zoom indicator
indicates the optical zoom. If the
[DIGITAL ZOOM] is set to [ON], a red
area is displayed on the zoom
indicator. When you reach the limit of
the optical zoom, the digital zoom is
enabled.

The cursor turns orange when inside
