Setting the ash compensation (#+/-) in the FP TTL mode
Press the a button to highlight #+/-. Then, turn the dial to adjust the
setting.
You can set a ash compensation from -5 to +5.
Press the OK button.
Setting the ring angle (ZOOM)
Press the ZOOM button to highlight ZOOM. Then, turn the dial to adjust the
setting.
When you select A (auto), an automatic setting takes effect. The automatic
setting ranges from 12 mm to 75 mm.
• When the ash window is adjusted for bounce ash photography, you cannot
select A (auto).
When you select M (manual), you can set a ring angle from 12 mm to 75 mm.
Press the OK button.
Setting the ash intensity (RATIO) in the FP M mode
Press the a button to highlight RATIO. Then, turn
the dial to adjust the setting.
You can set a ash ratio from 1/1 to 1/128.*

Firing the Flash Repeatedly at a Regular
Interval (MULTI Mode)
In this mode, the ash res multiple times at a regular interval during a single
exposure. You can capture the subject’s movement in a single image. The
maximum number of rings varies according to the setting for ash intensity.
Normally, this kind of shooting uses a slow shutter speed of 60 seconds or
shorter. You can only set this mode with Olympus cameras that support the multi-
ash feature.

Press the MODE button. Then, turn the dial to
select MULTI. Press the OK button to con rm.
