4 Remove the scope unit.

CAUTION
• Always attach the scope unit on a flat surface.
• Take care that static electricity does not short between the base unit’s CCU connector and
the scope unit.
1 Make sure that the CCU connector end is clean. If it is dirty, wipe it
clean using a cotton swab from the lens cleaning kit.
