During the procedure, make sure that the suction bottle does
not fill completely or overflow. Aspirating fluids into a full
container can damage the Suction Pump.
Depress the Suction Lever to aspirate excess fluids or debris (see Figure 4.4).

Observation of the Endoscopic Image
If the illumination unexpectedly turns dark or disappears,
stop the examination immediately free the UP/DOWN
Angulation Control Lever to the neutral position, and carefully
withdraw the endoscope from the patient.
Observe the endoscopic image at all times when operating the Angulation
Control Lever.
