ment

Distance
of
movement
to
the
left

cross hair

Change
the magnification
to
1 X and
see
how far the centers
are
apart from
each
other.

Slightly loosen
Screws
AB3x
12SA in the 1 X
Objective
Mount
and bring the center
of
the
concentric circles
of
the Test Plate
to
that
of
the cross hair
of
C-2
by
moving the objec-
tive mount.

d)
Tighten
Screws AB3x12SA securely.
e)
Check
to
see
if
they
are
concentric and,
if
not, repeat steps a), b) and c).
f) Insert
C-2
into
the
left
Eyepiece
Sleeve
and
make the
left
and the right 1 X objectives
concentric
with
each
other by following
steps d) through
g)
in 6-5. above.
