and focus Test
Plate KN0003.
Shift
the Test Plate
so
as
to
make the center
of
its concentric
circles
coincide
with
that
of
the cross hair
of
C-2.

Shift
C-2
to
the
left
Eyepiece
Sleeve
and
see
how
far
the center
of
the cross hair
is
from
that
of
the concentric
circles
of
the
Test Plate.

Make the center
of
the concentric circles
of
the Test
Plate
coincide
with
that
of
the cross
hair
of
C-2
by
moving the integrated
left
objective
mount.

completion
of
the centration, tighten

circles by
looking
through
C-2
inserted
firstly
into
the
right
Eyepiece

Sleeve. When
they
are
found
eccentric
with
each
other, repeat steps

through

until
they
are
concentric.
