Command Reference
6.1 - User Interface Commands
Note: The HELP command can give helpful context sensitive information for most commands.
The following settings are accessible by all users.
Command: BYE Function: DISCONNECT FROM UNIT
Syntax: BYE
Disconnect a command processor session.
Command: DUPLEX Function: SET COMMAND ECHO
Syntax: DUPLEX FULL|HALF
Set the command processor echo setting for the current connection method.
Command: EXIT Function: EXIT CONSOLE MODE
Syntax: EXIT
Ends the console session.
Command: HELP Function: SHOW HELP MENU
Syntax: HELP [COMMAND]
Displays a list of commands, or context sensitive help for a specific command.
Command: PING
Function: PING IP ADDRESS
Syntax: PING IP address
Performs the standard network Ping function on the specified IP address.
Command: PROMPT Function: TOGGLE COMMAND PROMPT
Syntax: PROMPT ON|OFF
Enable or disable display of console command prompt.
