Command: LOADSET Function: LOAD SETTINGS FROM FILE
Syntax: LOADSET X|A
Loads settings from a PC file, using Xmodem or ASCII transfer.
Command: RETRSET Function: GET USER SETTINGS
Syntax: RETRSET [X|Y|A|B]
Retrieves non-default settings from the unit, using Xmodem or ASCII transfer. Arguments 'Y' and
'B' cause ALL settings to be retrieved, using Xmodem or ASCII (settings retrieved this way not
necessarily compatible with other product versions).
Command: SETUP Function: ENTER SETUP MENU
Syntax: SETUP
Enters Setup menu.
6.4 - System Commands
The following settings are accessible only with administrative privileges.
Command: BYPASS Function: ACCESS DEVICES CONNECTED SERIALLY
Syntax: BYPASS [port number]
Provide pass-through operation between the console port and the specified port. If no port is
specified, uses the port associated with the current ACCESS file.
Command: COLDSTART Function: COLD BOOT UNIT
Syntax: COLDSTART
Resets the same settings as the DEFAULT command and then reboots the unit.
Command: FTEST Function: TEST FLASH MEMORY
Syntax: FTEST
Destructive test of CRDB flash memory. All record data is lost, and any active polling sessions
will fail. Records are NOT recoverable.
WARNING: FTEST only requires confirmation if "Confirm Before Deletion" menu option is
enabled.
