function normally in communications.

1002 Command too
short
The command is too short.
1101 Area type error The variable type is wrong.
1103 Start address out-
of-range error
Write start address is out of range.
1104 End address out-
of-range error
The write end address (write start
address + number of elements)
exceeds the final address of the vari-
able area.
1003 Number of ele-
ments/data mis-
match
The number of data does not match
the number of elements.
1100 Parameter error • Bit position is not “00.”
• The write data is out of the setting
range.
3003 Read-only error Variable type “C0” was written to.
2203 Operation error • The “communications writing”
parameter is set to “OFF” (dis-
abled).
• Write operation was performed on
the parameters from setup area 0
to setup area 1.
• Write operation was performed on
a protected parameter other than in
the protect level.
• AT (auto-tuning) was in progress.*
• EEPROM error
