It is recommended to measure your weight at the same time each day for consistency.

Place the scale on a hard, flat and level
floor.
Note
• Do not place the scale on a cushioned surface
such as a carpet or a mat.

Step onto the scale when it is turned
off and take a measurement.
The power is automatically turned on and the
measurement will start.
Remain still during your measurement.

When your weight flashes, your
measurement is complete.

Step off of the scale.
The scale will automatically turn off after 10 seconds.
