      If your Omron Scales are failing to connect and data isn't transmitting, it could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure that the receiving device is within 5 meters (16 ft.) of the scale and that there are no sources of interference nearby. Then, try connecting again. Another potential cause is that the application on the receiving device isn't ready. Check the application and try connecting again. If the "Err" is on the screen after checking the application, contact your Telehealth service provider.
