Check the following and supply
the rated power.
• Is the power supply voltage
within the specifications?
• Is the wiring correct and not
disconnected?
• Is 24 V applied to the safety
output terminal and is the
safety output terminal not
touching the positive power
supply wire?
If the voltage that is measured is
correct, the Unit may be faulty
. In
that case, replace the CPU Unit.

the corrections that are given on
the left.
