CAUTION
Shield and earth connections are required for proper operation. Failure to use shielded cable or
to connect earth to both the ow meter and System-10 may result in erratic operation. Shields
should be terminated at the System-10 shield terminals and left unterminated at the ow meter.

CAUTION
The System-10 internal 24 V power supply cannot provide power to the F-3100 or F-3200 ow
meters.
