CAUTION
Shield and earth connections are required for proper operation. Failure to use shielded cable or
to connect earth to both the ow meter and System-10 may result in erratic operation. Shields
should be terminated at the System-10 shield terminals and left unterminated at the ow meter.

Turn off mains power at the source prior to making power connections to the F-4000. Contact
with exposed live wiring may result in electric shock, burns and/or serious injury.
