Select the correct input source on your TV to match the receiver's connection. Remove any connected headphones. Ensure the input signal format is set to Auto, not PCM or DTS. Adjust the volume to an audible level. Configure the speakers correctly, specifying which ones are connected, their distances, and individual levels. Confirm that the source component is outputting digital audio and that a compatible digital audio format is selected on the source component.
