Finally, ensure Do Not Disturb (DND) is turned off by going to Menu, then Settings, and choosing Do Not Disturb, as indicated by the status bar displaying when DND is active.

Dial * # * # 3 0 2 from a phone connected directly to the Telo, wait for your Telo to reboot and then try again.
